ICONO PINOT NOIR

Variety: 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Malbec

Region: Vistaflores, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.

Harvest Time: Third week of April.

Fermentation: Classic fermentation under temperature control, long maceration, use of selected yeast and malolactic in oak.

Aging: 12 months in french Oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Soft red color with ruby sparkles, aromas of fresh red fruit, floral tones and spicy touches. It is a wine of good structure, juicy and of great persistence.
