RESERVA MALBEC

Variety: 100% Malbec

Region: Vistaflores, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.

Harvest Time: Second week of April.

Fermentation: Classic fermentation under temperature control, long maceration, use of selected yeast and malolactic in oak.

Aging: 8 months in french Oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Red ruby colour, notes in nose are intense on fruits, dry plumbs with gentle notes of vanilla and chocolate. Rounded with sweet notes, soft tannins and long finish.
