Region: Vistaflores, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.

Harvest Time: Second week of April.

Fermentation: Classic fermentation under temperature control, long maceration, use of selected yeast and malolactic in oak.

Aging: 12 months in french Oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Deep red with purple notes, in mouth you find an amazing expression of mature plumbs that are balanced with a perfect acidity. Elegant and long finish of sweet and perfect tannins.
